J.P. Morgan is seeking an Equity Operations Transformation Project Manager - Associate to lead delivery, governance and reporting across global equity initiatives.

You will partner with multiple lines of business to drive core platform development, process improvements and regulatory-related programs. The role requires project management experience, strong governance, and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and JIRA, with a proactive, collaborative approach to managing diverse

Qualifikationen

Experience in project management within Equity Operations.
Strong governance and reporting skills.
Proficient with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
Experience using JIRA and analytics tooling.
Excellent stakeholder communication.

Maintain a robust and auditable governance process for timely delivery.
Produce project reporting for management and stakeholders.
Coordinate the collation of supporting documentation throughout the project.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
Coordinate meeting logistics, agendas, minutes and follow-ups.
Drive initiatives forward with leadership across business functions.
Deliver executive updates and summaries.
Escalate and manage issues with stakeholders effectively.
Take initiative in unstructured situations and manage multiple tasks.
