Zusammenfassung

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Associate, Cost Management to join the Cost and Commercial Management team. You will lead cost management across workplace, fit-out, refurbishment and capital projects for corporate occupier and real estate clients, delivering independent commercial advice throughout the project lifecycle.

You will work alongside project managers, consultants and contractors, guiding cost planning, procurement, contract administration and post-contract cost management

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Property Economics or related discipline.
• Professional membership of AIQS, RICS, MRICS, CQS or equivalent, or working towards accreditation.
• 8+ years' experience in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.

Aufgaben

• Lead cost and commercial management across workplace, fit-out, refurbishment and capital projects.
• Prepare and manage feasibility estimates, cost plans, budgets, cash flow forecasts and benchmarks.
• Provide strategic cost advice through planning, design, procurement and delivery phases.
• Manage procurement processes, tender evaluations and commercial negotiations.
• Administer contracts, assess variations and manage final accounts.
• Monitor project financial performance, forecasting, risk and change control processes.
• Prepare and present cost reports and recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop Cost Managers, Assistant Cost Managers and Graduates.
