Qualifications

Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
MRICS qualification or working towards it.
Experience in UK cost management within real estate/property.

Responsibilities

Assist with feasibility studies and procurement reports.
Estimate and plan costs; present the final cost plan.
Manage tendering, pre-qualification, tender lists and preliminaries.
Conduct cost checks and valuations; produce monthly post-contract cost reports.
Interface with clients and consultants across project stages; lead cost management team.
Identify new business opportunities with existing clients; contribute to bid documentation.
Improve cost management procedures and templates; capture learnings in internal databases.
Track financial management using FMS; identify process improvements.
