Job summary

CXM Group seeks a Group Chief Compliance Officer to lead a fully remote, multi‑jurisdictional compliance architecture. You will own licensing pipelines (MiCA, UAE VARA, LATAM, SEA), oversee AI-enabled legal ops, and coordinate regulator engagements across FX, CFDs, crypto, and education.

The role requires deep regulatory expertise, cross-border deal experience, and the ability to drive SLAs and reporting across the group. This is a strategic, high-impact leadership position with global scope.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated multi-jurisdictional regulatory knowledge across tier‑one regimes and emerging markets.
• Regulator engagement credibility with regulators across jurisdictions.
• Experience in licensing, M&A, and cross-border structuring.

Responsibilities

• Build and own a group-wide compliance reporting framework across CXM entities.
• Deploy an AI-enabled legal document repository for fast retrieval.
• Define SLAs for internal legal workflows and monitor adherence.
• Implement risk monitoring tools across FX, CFDs, crypto, and education verticals.
• Drive live licensing and acquisition pipeline to milestones across regions.
