Job summary

Aztec Group is seeking a Compensation Governance & Pay Transparency Lead to steer job architecture, salary banding and market positioning. You will lead benchmarking, design pay methodologies, and ensure gender and equal pay transparency readiness across the organisation.

You will draft remuneration policies, prepare executive materials, and mentor the Reward Analyst while collaborating with Finance and regional teams to support Aztec's growth strategy in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Extensive specialist experience in compensation and job architecture across multiple countries.
• Experience using external surveys (WTW and McLagan).
• Familiarity with Workday and remuneration governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Govern job families, bands, levels and role profiles and own salary range design.
• Lead benchmarking and survey matching to inform market positioning.
• Design pay methodology for new-hire positioning and annual pay reviews.
• Deliver gender pay and equal pay transparency readiness and remediation.
• Draft and maintain remuneration policy for approval and board materials.
• Mentor Reward Analyst and collaborate across Aztec on strategic reward initiatives.
