Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop team members; promote accountability and excellence.
• Oversee client relationships and growth opportunities across Jersey Private Funds and real estate structures.
• Provide technical leadership and ensure compliant, efficient client delivery.
• Manage onboarding, onboarding transitions and annual client reviews.
• Review complex board papers, governance and financial reporting.
