Job summary

Warner Scott Recruitment is seeking an Associate Director to lead its Value Creation team, guiding client relationships end-to-end and overseeing delivery across carve-outs, synergies, integrations, and post-deal value creation. The role emphasizes coaching, business development, and budget oversight within a global advisory network.

The successful candidate will have track records in complex, fast-moving engagements, deep sector exposure in specialist lending, insurance, or investment

Qualifications

• Significant experience across at least two: carve-outs/separations, synergy assessments, integrations, operational due diligence, or post-deal value creation.
• Sector depth in specialist lending, insurance, or investment management.
• Experience leading teams through complex, fast-moving work.

Responsibilities

• Owning client relationships end-to-end, from leading meetings and workshops to taking real accountability for delivery.
• Cutting through complex, often ambiguous information to identify what actually matters and shape the right solution.
• Building and running teams, and genuinely enjoying doing it.
• Developing new business through proposals, pitches, and your own network, while raising the profile of the practice internally.
• Coaching more junior colleagues and taking an active role in their development.
• Supporting Directors and Partners in running the team day to day, including project budgets and cost control.
