Job summary

Warner Scott Recruitment seeks an experienced Director-level Transaction Services professional in Manchester to lead a portfolio of high-value due diligence engagements and act as senior client contact.

You will originate fee-generating work, manage relationships with key accounts, and mentor senior staff while shaping service line strategy in a fast-growing, PE-backed advisory group.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualification.
• 5-10 years in Transaction Services.
• Proven track record in leading client relationships and growth.
• Commercially astute with fee responsibility.
• Confident people leader and mentor.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage financial due diligence and transaction services assignments, acting as senior point of contact on strategic accounts.
• Originate and develop substantial fee-generating work from referrers and clients.
• Manage strategic financial control across your portfolio and deployment of resources.
• Mentor and develop senior staff, fostering growth and an inclusive, high-performing culture.
• Contribute to service line strategy and build strong external relationships.
