• Qualified solicitor with UK/intl experience in derivatives and structured finance.
• Deep understanding of ISDA documentation, collateral arrangements and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven track record leading complex transactions and managing client relationships.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, commercial awareness and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities
