Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales.
• Experience at a top-tier UK, US, or international law firm with a focus on derivatives.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate ISDA master agreements, credit support documentation and derivative trading agreements.
• Collaborate with senior lawyers on complex derivatives and structured finance matters.
• Engage in drafting and negotiating trade confirmations and related documentation.
