Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright in London is seeking a mid-senior Derivatives Associate to join the Capital Markets team. You will work on a broad range of derivatives matters, including conventional and Shariah-compliant transactions, and you will contribute to structuring and negotiating complex products.

You will draft, review and negotiate agreements, master documents, and related documentation, collaborating with senior lawyers and clients in a fast-paced, global law firm environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with practising rights.
• Strong background in derivatives and structured finance.
• Experience drafting, negotiating, and advising on ISDA master agreements and related docs.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex derivative and structured finance agreements.
• Advise on conventional and Shariah-compliant derivatives matters and repo transactions.
• Negotiate trade confirmations and related documentation (ISDA master agreements etc.).
• Interact with clients and senior stakeholders with strong commercial awareness.
