STRAT7 is a data, analytics, and strategy consultancy that helps clients solve complex business challenges. The Senior Associate will shape and deliver projects across the full lifecycle, from briefs and research design through to analysis and delivery, with increasing autonomy on components.

This role blends hands-on research, project coordination, and client relationships, requiring curiosity, proactivity, and a can-do mindset to contribute to ongoing client accounts and project success.

Qualifications

• Experience with managing projects and client relationships.
• Ability to design research briefs and analysis plans.
• Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative market research methods.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Takes ownership of problem definition and project design, using consulting tools to understand client challenges and draft costing sheets.
• Be project manager on key projects and lead simpler ones: track supplier costs, monitor fieldwork progress and timelines, and serve as primary client contact.
• Develop and execute analysis plans; interpret data for strategic insights and create governing thoughts; own frameworks and report sections; facilitate workshops and present findings.
• Draft discussion guides and moderate consumer research; design quantitative questionnaires; oversee survey testing and data quality; interface with analytics partners.
