STRAT7 Incite seeks an Associate to join its Health team, collaborating with pharmaceutical and biotech clients on primary market research. You will work on challenging, business-critical projects and help develop research strategies with a curious, can-do mindset.

Qualifications

• Solid track record in ad-hoc research or consultancy, ideally with an agency.
• Experience delivering primary market research for pharmaceutical clients.
• Ability to manage projects to scope, timeline and quality.
• Demonstrates client relationship management and commercially framed findings.
• Strong skills across qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Proven ability to turn findings into actionable insights.

Responsabilités

• Shape research questions by co-leading sessions and designing approaches.
• Turn data into insights by analyzing quantitative and qualitative evidence.
• Craft compelling narratives that connect findings to business impact.
• Build trusted client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Support business development with pitches and capability storytelling.
• Moderate qualitative interviews and contribute to quantitative survey design.
