Job summary

The Senior Associate will play a key role in shaping and delivering projects within Incite’s problem-led, insight-driven consulting approach, collaborating across levels from briefs to analysis and delivery, with increasing autonomy over defined components.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering client projects across the full lifecycle.
• Ability to manage logistics on projects independently.
• Strong problem definition and proposal drafting skills.
• Excellent client-facing communication and workshop facilitation.
• Experience with research design, analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own proposal sections and draft costing sheets.
• Be project manager on key projects and lead simpler ones.
• Develop and execute analysis plans; present findings to clients.
• Draft discussion guides and moderate consumer research; oversee surveys.
