POSITION OVERVIEW

The Senior Associate will play a key role in shaping and delivering projects within Incite’s problem-led, insight -driven consulting approach. Collaborating with those across all levels, this individual will engage with the full project lifecycle, from shaping briefs and research design through to analysis and delivery, with increasing autonomy over defined project components. This role combines hands-on research, project coordination and client relationship. This individual is expected to be curious and proactive, bringing a can-do mindset and making a meaningful contribution to projects and ongoing client accounts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Takes ownership of problem definition and project design, using Incite consulting tools to understand and synthesise client challenges in briefs; own proposal sections and draft costing sheets
• Be project manager on key projects and lead simpler ones: track supplier costs, monitor fieldwork progress and timelines, and serve as primary client contact
• Develop and execute analysis plans; interpret data for strategic insights and create governing thoughts; own frameworks, charts and substantial report sections; facilitate workshops sessions and present findings to clients
• Draft discussion guides and moderate consumer research; design quantitative questionnaires, oversee survey testing and data quality, and interface with advanced analytics partners

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

• Encourages a collaborative environment by sharing ideas, working closely with colleagues, supporting team members, understanding their motivations, and adapting to different roles and projects to achieve shared goals
• Ability to manage logistics on projects independently
• Ability to synthetisize and articulate business (client) challenges and requirements with clarity and concision
• Proficiency in selecting and applying qualitative and quantitative market research methodologies and analytical techniques appropriate to research objectives
• Understanding of multiple source data and their application to specific business questions
• Basic Q (or SPSS) functionality including weighting, sig testing
• Capability to identify and pursue new business development opportunities within existing client relationships
• Strong interpersonal awareness and adaptability
