Purpose of the Role

As a Senior Associate in Data Science, you'll develop your skills in marketing measurement and effectiveness through on-the-job learning and our comprehensive training programme. You'll work with colleagues across different clients and industries, turning marketing platform and client data into actionable insights that improve marketing strategies. Using our proprietary tools and processes, you'll learn to apply media mix modelling, controlled media testing and experimentation to understand marketing's impact. You'll also use advanced modelling techniques to forecast KPIs and help clients optimise their channel mix. As you develop, you'll use R, Python and SQL for data processing, with the opportunity to specialise in the technical elements of data analytics and data science.

  • Support project delivery from data collection and processing through to analysis and presentation of results.
  • Analyse data from marketing platforms and clients using our proprietary tools and processes.
  • Learn to design and run marketing experiments that measure the incremental contribution of marketing to business objectives.
  • Learn to build media mix models using our proprietary technology.
  • Use modelling results to help clients optimise media budgets and their channel mix.
  • Apply advanced modelling techniques to forecast KPIs.
  • Help turn analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for clients across a range of industries.
Qualifications & Skills
  • A passion for marketing and enthusiasm for using data to improve campaign performance.
  • Previous work experience, a relevant apprenticeship, or a degree in Mathematics, Economics or a similar subject from an accredited college or university. A degree isn't the only route into this role.
  • A curious mindset and the ability to learn new concepts quickly.
  • The ability to work independently as well as contribute as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with statistical analysis and regression techniques, or with SQL, R or Python, would be a bonus. These aren't prerequisites — you'll have training and opportunities to develop these skills in the role.
