Job summary

Qualifications

• Academic and professional legal qualifications required.
• Ideally at least five years PQE.
• Experience in corporate, business and finance, financial services, regulatory, insolvency, restructuring, IP or funds law.
• Strong analytical, drafting and client-relations skills.
• Commitment to mentoring junior colleagues and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients and intermediaries on a broad range of legal matters with commercially focused advice.
• Review and comment on legal documentation and manage own caseload.
• Lead transaction teams and act as a primary client contact throughout matters.
• Mentor junior fee earners and contribute to business initiatives.
• Ensure timely delivery, compliance with procedures, and high-quality outputs.
