Our team is growing, and we’re now looking for a commercially minded solicitor to take on a key role in a dynamic, friendly and highly regarded firm.

What You’ll Do

• Act on a range of commercial property matters including:
  • Freehold/leasehold property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals.
  • Lease extensions and renewals (acting for both landlords and tenants)
  • Development work, site set-up, and due diligence
  • Financing and refinancing (acting for lenders and borrowers)
  • Conduct due diligence, title investigations and property searches.
  • Advising landlords, tenants, developers and investors on their legal rights and obligations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and commercial property law
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and referrers.
• Contribute to the continued growth of the team, with input into systems, strategy and service delivery
