The Role

You will handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters, advising a broad range of clients. Your work is likely to include:

• Commercial sales and acquisitions
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Lease drafting and renewals
• General commercial property transactions
• Advising businesses and private clients

You will have the opportunity to take responsibility for your own matters, develop client relationships and play an important role within the wider property team.

About You

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year's commercial property experience and be looking for an opportunity to develop within a reputable regional firm.

You will be commercially minded, client-focused and able to manage your own caseload while working effectively as part of a team.
