Job summary

Vyman Solicitors in Harrow is seeking a Private Client Solicitor (6+ PQE) to join our expanding team. You will lead a diverse portfolio including complex wills, probate, LPAs, and trusts, with autonomy to shape the department’s future.

You will build long-standing relationships with high-net-worth clients and professionals, and contribute to growth with a strategic, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years’ PQE in Private Client work
• Strong technical knowledge of Wills, Probate, LPAs, and Trusts
• Excellent drafting ability and confident client care
• A commercial mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving
• The ability to build rapport with high-net-worth clients and professionals

Responsibilities

• Lead on a diverse portfolio of private client matters.
• Handle complex wills and estate planning.
• Oversee probate and estate administration (including taxable estates).
• Manage LPAs and trust creation/administration.
• Aim to lead the department and shape its growth.

You’ll lead on a diverse portfolio of matters including:

• Complex wills and estate planning
• Trust creation and administration
• Probate and estate administration (including taxable estates)
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Asset protection and succession planning for business owners and high-net-worth clients
• Working towards leading the department.

What We’re Looking For
