Job summary

Vyman Solicitors Limited is expanding its Corporate & Commercial team in Harrow. We seek a skilled solicitor with 4+ years PQE in commercial or corporate law to take on greater responsibility and ownership of client matters.

You will advise on share sales, acquisitions, contracts, shareholder agreements, and joint ventures, while building strong relationships with ambitious business clients and contributing to firm growth.

Qualifications

• Strong drafting and negotiation skills required.
• Commercially-minded with a keen business understanding.
• Ability to manage client relationships with high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad range of company commercial matters including share and business sales, acquisitions, commercial contracts and joint ventures.
• Provide strategic legal advice to business owners, directors and entrepreneurs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with high standards of service.
• Contribute to business development and firm-wide growth initiatives.
• Work autonomously while collaborating with colleagues across departments.
