Job summary

Lipson Lloyd Jones Ltd are acting as an Employment Agency in relation to a vacancy for a Senior Associate Solicitor (5+ PQE) in Casualty Injury. This role involves managing your own case load on EL and PL claims and advising clients.

Experience of clinical negligence would be advantageous; you will supervise junior lawyers, engage with corporate clients and contribute to client seminars and business development activities.

Qualifications

• Extensive Defendant Personal Injury Litigation experience, gained at a leading law firm or similar.
• Ability to handle a significant caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong advocacy and communication skills with a pro-active approach to career development.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking work on catastrophic injury claims arising from industrial accidents, assisting senior team members.
• Dealing directly with corporate clients, insurers and intermediaries.
• Supervising junior lawyers including trainees and paralegals; assisting with team marketing events and client seminars.
