Our multidisciplinary client is searching for a future leader to take on a key role as a Senior Associate Director in their thriving Exeter, Devon office. The Role: What you'll be doing as a Senior Associate Building Surveyor

As the new Senior Associate Director, you'll be the driving force behind the Exeter office's Building Surveying team. Your main goals will be to:

• Lead and grow the Building Surveying team in Exeter, acting as a mentor and guide.
• Revamp and expand the service offering, focusing on both Commercial and Residential Building Surveying.
• Develop new business in the region and push into the high-end Luxury Residential sector.
• Collaborate and mentor colleagues in other offices, sharing your expertise and helping the wider team grow.
• Manage key client relationships and stakeholders.

What we're looking for in A Senior Associate Building Surveyor

We're seeking a passionate and driven MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor with a proven track record of leadership. To be considered, you'll need:

• Chartered status (MRICS) is a must for this role.
• A degree in Building Surveying or another RICS-accredited, construction-related field.
• Strong experience in both Commercial and Residential Building Surveying.
• Demonstrated experience in business development and team leadership.
• Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to work independently.
• A full, clean UK driving license.
