CreditSights, part of Fitch Solutions, is seeking a Senior Associate for Transformation, Automation & Innovation in our Glasgow office. You will lead operational design, workflow redesign and business requirements across research, legal, content, and data products, partnering with Product, Engineering and Operations.

The team focuses on agentic-first operations, reporting to the Associate Director. You will own initiatives end-to-end, drive adoption and realised benefits, and help define

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with operational improvement and workflow redesign.
• Experience mapping processes, defining requirements and guiding solutions through testing and adoption.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across a portfolio.
• Ability to work across operational and technical teams and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Conduct current-state process discovery and future-state workflow design.
• Own business requirements from discovery to adoption and benefits realization.
• Translate needs into testable requirements with Product and Engineering to support deployment of automation and AI-enabled solutions.
• Measure realised value: reductions in manual effort, cycle time and rework; improvements in quality and reliability.
• Define controls and human oversight for AI-enabled workflows in a controlled environment.
