Job summary

JAM Recruitment Ltd is assisting a leading AJ100 practice in Bristol to appoint an Associate Architectural Technologist at Senior Associate level. Based from the Bristol office, you will deliver technical design solutions across a varied portfolio and lead technical teams through the later RIBA stages.

You will have strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations, construction detailing and project coordination, plus Revit proficiency.

Qualifications

• Significant UK experience as Architectural Technologist.
• Experienced at Associate level or a strong Senior Technologist ready to advance.
• Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations.
• Strong experience in the technical and construction stages of projects.
• Ability to deliver larger, more complex schemes and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of projects through later RIBA stages.
• Take ownership of complex technical packages and construction information.
• Manage and support small project teams.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance and quality oversight.
• Coordinate effectively with Architects, consultants, contractors and clients.
• Ensure projects meet UK Building Regulations and relevant standards.
• Collaborate across Bristol and South Hampshire teams.
• Mentor less experienced team members and build relationships.
• Support senior leadership as studios grow.
