Job summary

Architecture Consultancy in Bristol is seeking an experienced Architectural BIM Technologist to join a multidisciplinary team on a range of projects. You will lead Revit modelling and coordinate technical drawing packages across RIBA stages, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UK standards.

You'll collaborate with Architects, Engineers and Surveyors, driving BIM standards and contributing to project success.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Architectural Technologist, Architectural Technician or Revit Technician.
• Strong working knowledge of Revit is essential.
• Experience working within a UK architectural practice.
• Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Produce and coordinate BIM models and technical drawing packages using Revit.
• Work closely with Architects and Engineers to deliver projects across all RIBA stages.
• Prepare accurate technical and construction information.
• Coordinate consultant information and resolve technical queries.
• Maintain BIM standards throughout project delivery.
• Attend project meetings and contribute to the successful delivery of projects.
