Freehaus is seeking a Senior Associate with 10+ years PQE to lead multi-disciplinary teams on high-profile projects and oversee delivery from RIBA Stage 0–7. Based in London, the position offers salary in the £60k–£65k range and a studio that values collaboration, quality, and sustainable design. ARB registration is essential.

Qualifications

• ARB registration with 10+ years post Part III experience.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across RIBA Stage 0-7.
• Strong management and leadership skills with ability to set project strategy.
• Contract administration experience with NEC contracts.
• Experience in fee writing and project winning.
• Confident in client facing and community stakeholder engagement roles.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholder clients.
• Strong understanding of construction details and building regulation compliance.
• Skilled at Revit and able to mentor others.
• Ability to lead a larger multi-disciplinary design team.
• Business/financial acumen and proficiency with Fresh Projects a plus.
• Strategic contribution to QA and sustainability initiatives.
