Job summary

Bimplus is expanding its team and seeks an Associate Architect to lead high-end residential and hospitality projects, with opportunities to contribute to project and studio leadership, and client business development. We are looking for candidates with 12+ years post‑Part 3 UK experience, exceptional design and technical ability, experience delivering private residential schemes, and proven leadership of small to medium teams.

Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and NBS is required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years post‑Part 3 UK project experience required.
• Strong design, technical ability and attention to detail.
• Experience delivering exceptional private residential projects.
• Proven delivery across all RIBA stages.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills.

Our client is expanding their team and are looking for an Architect at Associate level to contribute to winning and leading an exciting range of high-end residential, and hospitality projects. This role offers the opportunity to be involved in project and studio leadership, client business development, as well as leading talented teams within the studio.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to award-winning portfolio of projects, and we are keen to talk to architects with excellent design and presentation skills, as well as enthusiasm for historic and listed building projects.
