Job summary

UPP Architects + Town Planners in London is seeking a senior/project architect to join its team. You will lead design and delivery across all RIBA stages, manage multiple complex tasks, and collaborate with clients, running meetings and coordinating drawings.

The ideal candidate has at least five years in architecture, strong Revit and Adobe Suite skills (Rhino helpful), thorough knowledge of building regulations, and excellent English.

Qualifications

• Five years’ experience in an architectural practice
• Strong technical knowledge and detailed drawing skills
• Good interpersonal skills, friendly and professional
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficient in Revit and Adobe Suite; Rhino advantageous
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Thorough knowledge of the latest building regulations
• Excellent written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee delivery of projects within budgets and deadlines
• Research, test and develop architectural solutions
• Advise on design responses to constraints and opportunities
• Produce comprehensive project documentation: drawings, reports, specs, minutes, contracts
• Create designs and detailed drawings in Revit
• Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals
• Manage design changes and on-site delivery issues
• Oversee project tender processes and contractor interviews
