Join our team as a Senior Asset Manager. You'll play a crucial role in planning and executing Life Cycle works to ensure asset availability and compliance with hand back criteria. Collaborate with Aspire Defence Services Ltd (ADSL) to secure value for money on Life Cycle projects, refine our Life Cycle model using advanced asset management tools, and improve planning processes. You'll also oversee the implementation of Life Cycle Plans, research and implement best practices, and work cross-functionally to protect our investors' interests. As a Senior Asset Manager, you will be responsible for preparing and discussing forward-looking Annual Maintenance Plans (AMP) and 5-year plans with Aspire Defence Services Ltd (ADSL). You'll map out Life Cycle profiles to ensure assets meet hand back conditions, schedule and monitor high-value proposals, and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management and board approval. Your role includes managing the Life Cycle budget, attending key meetings, assessing project scopes on-site, updating asset condition information, and reconciling forecasts with AMPs.
Candidates must have a solid understanding of project cost plans, whole life costing, benchmark costs for building and Life Cycle works, and be adept at developing and overseeing Annual Maintenance Plans (AMP). Proficiency in contract management, statutory compliance, and IT literacy is required. Practical knowledge of CDM Regulations (2015) and EHS, including BREEAM/DREAM, is also essential.
Experience working with public sector clients or on MoD estates, as well as familiarity with PFI contracts, will be advantageous. This knowledge will help navigate the unique challenges of these environments and contribute to successful Life Cycle project execution.
