Job summary

Last Mile Asset Management is seeking a Senior Asset Inspector to lead wastewater network inspections, ensuring adherence to industry guidance and quality standards. You will work with site-based inspectors, developers and stakeholders to resolve construction issues and support pre-adoption adoption processes.

This permanent, site-based role covers projects across England and Wales, with travel as required. A valid UK driving license and knowledge of NRSWA and CIRIA guidance are desirable.

Qualifications

• Relevant utility experience in wastewater assets design and installation.
• Experience with site safety requirements and auditing techniques.
• Knowledge of CIRIA guidance and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the asset compliance team, ensuring inspections are completed and recorded accurately.
• Oversee pre-adoption inspections to ensure assets meet guidance and quality standards.
• Review construction quality, identify noncompliance and issue reports to stakeholders.
• Provide technical advice and site support on health and safety, environment, quality and best practices.
• Manage stakeholder communications and monthly inspection reporting.
