Job summary

Last Mile is seeking an Asset Compliance Coordinator to manage the wastewater asset adoption process, ensuring developers deliver assets that meet company standards and regulatory requirements. You will coordinate inspections, track compliance, and maintain records to support successful adoption into ownership, acting as the main link between developers, asset inspectors, design teams and operations.

• Experience coordinating technical, compliance or engineering activities across multiple priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across diverse audiences.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills with accurate records management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate wastewater asset adoption activities from agreement through to final vesting, ensuring milestones are achieved within agreed timescales.
• Act as the primary point of contact for developers, asset inspectors and internal stakeholders, providing guidance and technical support throughout the adoption process.
• Track and resolve defects, non-compliances and remedial actions, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to successful asset adoption.
