Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Theatre, Art, Film or Architecture preferred.
• Art direction or production design experience required for Universal Creative standards.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual design direction and define design elements affecting guest experience.
• Supervise others to develop design ideas.
• Oversee design, fabrication, and installation of on-stage elements to realize the creative intent.
• Act as design “vision-keeper” for the project and maintain cohesive design across phases.
• Collaborate with internal talent and external vendors to execute the vision.
• Adhere to client budgets and timelines; develop project presentations for audiences.
• Maintain understanding of brand standards and ensure consistent application across all elements.
• Participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities as required.
