Job summary

NBCUniversal is recruiting a Project Director for Universal United Kingdom Resort (UUKR) to lead a diverse, multi-department team in planning, design, construction, and commissioning of infrastructure and development for the ERC.

The role directs enabling works, utilities, budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder engagement to ensure on-budget, on-time delivery with high quality and guest experience targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction, Management or related field.
• SIA licensing and/or executive security certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-department project teams (e.g., Universal Creative, Finance, Operations, Procurement, Legal, External Affairs, Security, EHS) to establish scope, budgets and schedules.
• Manage enabling infrastructure, utilities, and back-of-house works for the Entertainment Resort Complex.
• Ensure project procedures are followed (RFI's, submittals, minutes, pay apps) for timely completion.
• Maintain project budget and schedule; support growth and development of team members.
• Oversee document control and cross-functional coordination across stakeholders.
