Job summary

Mitchell Maguire is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Construction Site Access Control covering North London, North Home Counties and East Anglia. You will sell a high-quality range of access control and site security solutions to FM companies, main contractors, sub-contractors and end users.

The role offers a £50,000 base plus £20,000–£25,000 bonus and a £7,200 annual car allowance, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have construction field sales experience selling direct to site via FM companies, main contractors, sub-contractors and end users
• Must be able to digest technical information
• Must be commercially astute
• Hunter, driven and a team player

Responsibilities

• Area Sales Manager position selling a high quality manufactured range of access controls and site security
• All of your time will be spent selling to FM companies, main contractors, sub-contractors and end users
• Project sizes will vary from £5k to £500k
• Good blend of account management and new business
• Will inherit a well-established area currently turning over circa £2.5m-3m
