Job summary

Conrad Consulting Ltd. is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to lead detailed drawings and coordinate across the full project lifecycle from feasibility through construction delivery.

You will mentor junior staff and liaise with engineers and contractors to keep projects on track. The role requires a degree in Architectural Technology, strong AutoCAD, knowledge of UK Building Regulations, and Revit is desirable.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architectural Technology is required.
• Senior level experience as Architectural Technologist is preferred.
• Strong AutoCAD skills and knowledge of UK Building Regulations are essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and clear communication are a must.
• Mentoring junior staff and leading teams is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead production of detailed technical drawings and specifications.
• Involve across feasibility, design development, technical delivery and construction support.
• Prepare and coordinate planning and Building Regulations submissions.
• Liaise with engineers, consultants and contractors on timelines and specs.
• Conduct site visits and inform project development.
• Support project management and coordinate schedules and resources.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and keep on track.
