Job summary

Conrad Consulting Ltd in Maidstone is seeking an Architectural Technologist to join its expanding, award-winning multidisciplinary team. You will support projects across Education, Commercial and Industrial sectors, coordinating construction information and developing detailed design solutions from concept to delivery.

The role requires a degree in Architectural Technology, 3+ years post-qualification experience, and strong Revit and AutoCAD skills, with BIM Level 2 knowledge.

Qualifications

Degree level qualification in Architectural Technology or equivalent.
3+ years post qualification experience.
Strong technical design knowledge and understanding of the UK construction process.

Responsibilities

Coordinate construction information and develop detailed design solutions across Education, Commercial and Industrial sectors.
Prepare specifications and advise on materials.
Ensure all work meets Building Regulations and industry standards; liaise with clients and statutory bodies.
Manage workload within a high-performing multidisciplinary team.
