Job summary

Conrad Consulting have partnered with a thriving, medium-sized architectural studio in the heart of Sheffield to recruit an experienced Project Architect with proven job-running capability.

As Project Architect you will take a hands-on role across all RIBA stages, lead projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and maintain high technical standards while delivering medium to large-scale schemes.

Qualifications

• Qualified Architect with ARB registration.
• Typically 3–7 years post-Part 3 experience.
• Proven experience delivering projects across all RIBA Stages.
• Strong job-running experience and ownership of projects.
• Experience delivering medium to large-scale schemes.
• Sector experience in Education, Healthcare, R&D Laboratories and Industrial preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge through detailed design and construction stages.
• Experience managing projects through to completion on site.
• Proficient in Revit; BIM-enabled environment.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Confident client-facing communication.
• Excellent organisational skills; manage multiple workloads.
• Collaborative approach and contribute to the wider studio.

Responsibilities

• Take hands-on role in the design and delivery across all RIBA Stages.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high technical standard.
• Liaise with clients, coordinate consultants and contractors.
• Lead day-to-day running of schemes and take ownership of projects.
• Collaborate with senior team and participate in construction phases.
