Job summary

AJC Recruitment Ltd is seeking an architect to join a Cardiff-based practice with a national presence. You will take control of projects from Stage 4, coordinating design and liaising with the Senior Architect, clients, and contractors to resolve on-site issues.

The role requires REVIT proficiency and experience delivering schemes through to tender and delivery, with hybrid working and a supportive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience with REVIT and delivering schemes to client. tender documentation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Take control of projects from stage 4 onwards.
• Coordinate design and communicate with Senior Architect and clients/contractors.
• Find solutions to on-site design issues.
