Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an innovative Project/Senior Architect to join our Cardiff team. You will lead major projects, drive design excellence, and collaborate with a network of consultants across education, commercial, energy, and residential sectors.

You will bring ARB Part 3 qualification and substantial post-qualification experience, with strong skills in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks and NBS specifications. The role supports flexible working within a hybrid, collaborative studio culture.

Qualifications

• ARB Part 3 qualified architect with post-qualification experience.
• Strong design leadership and ability to lead projects.
• Excellent understanding of UK Building Regulations and Planning.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects in a leading role.
• Lead multi-disciplinary design teams across architecture and consultants.
• Develop designs rooted in a strong narrative for built environments.
• Deliver projects from concept through to site completion and handover.
• Collaborate across regional teams to ensure design excellence.
