JAM Recruitment Ltd in Leicester is seeking an Architectural Technologist for a full-time hybrid role with a salary between £45,000 and £55,000. You will manage schemes independently, guiding projects from design through to completion and own a diverse portfolio including large-scale residential, care and heritage work.

Qualifications

• Qualified Architect, Architectural Technologist or Architectural Technician.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a UK architectural practice.
• Strong residential experience, ideally with developer-led projects.
• Proficient in Revit with experience delivering live projects.
• Good technical knowledge of UK Building Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects through RIBA stages.
• Produce and coordinate technical drawing packages using Revit.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors throughout delivery.
• Attend site visits, design team meetings and client meetings.
• Respond to technical and construction queries.
• Produce high-quality construction details and ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations.
• Work collaboratively within the wider residential team to deliver projects on programme.
