Job summary

Carrington West is seeking an experienced Revit Technician to join its Manchester team. You will produce detailed structural drawings and BIM models for residential, commercial and industrial developments, coordinating with engineers and other design disciplines.

With approximately five or more years in a structural environment, you will work on varied projects from concept to construction, maintaining high drawing quality and taking ownership of technical delivery within a collaborative

Qualifications

Five+ years' experience in structural engineering or construction environments.
Strong working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.
Experience producing structural drawings for residential, commercial and industrial projects.
Good understanding of structural steel, reinforced concrete, masonry and timber construction.

Responsibilities

Produce detailed structural drawings and models using Revit and AutoCAD.
Work on residential, commercial and industrial developments.
Prepare general arrangement drawings, details and schedules with accuracy.
Develop and coordinate BIM models throughout project lifecycle.
Collaborate with engineers, architects and other design disciplines.
Identify and resolve technical and coordination issues.
Support projects from concept design through to construction.
Maintain high drawing quality and document control; contribute to BIM process development.
