Hunter Dunning is partnering with a respected architectural practice in Farringdon to appoint a Senior Architectural Technologist. You will lead hands-on technical delivery, driving projects from concept through construction while coordinating with consultants, contractors and clients to produce robust BIM models and detailed drawings.

The role offers hybrid working with two days per week at home, a generous benefits package including pension, CPD support, paid subscriptions, and discretionary

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent.
• CIAT registration or equivalent professional recognition.
• 6–8 years post-qualification experience.
• Advanced technical design, documentation and detailing.
• Proficient in Revit, BIM 360, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Suite.

Responsabilidades

Senior Architectural Technologist Job – Farringdon

Farringdon | Hybrid working with 2 days WFH per week | Bonus Scheme

Hunter Dunning is working with an architectural practice looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join its team in Farringdon. It’s a hands‑on technical role where you’ll take projects from concept through construction stage, working closely with consultants, contractors and clients along the way.

Your Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architectural Technology or an industry related equivalent qualification


• Circa 6 to 8 years of post-qualified experience with CIAT or equivalent professional registration


• Advanced technical design, documentation and detailing experience across complex architectural packages and project stages


• Expert capability using Revit, BIM 360, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Suite


• Strong understanding of BIM processes, digital design tools and multidisciplinary information coordination requirements


• Strong knowledge of current Building Planning Regulations
