Hunter Dunning Ltd. is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist for our Preston-based client. The role offers independent project running across industrial and commercial projects, with heavy emphasis on Revit and technical delivery.

You will be responsible for delivering technical packages through RIBA Stages 2 to 4 and coordinating with the design team to ensure quality and compliance. Hybrid working and a salary of £45,000–£55,000 DOE are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of commercial project experience with a UK practice.
• CIAT registration is required.
• Experience in industrial or commercial projects.

Your Experience
