Job summary

Lawray Architects, an award-winning practice in London, is seeking an Architectural Technologist with 3+ years PQE to join our team. You will oversee the full construction life cycle, manage multi-disciplinary teams and apply strong technical skills across education, residential, commercial, and other sectors.

Proficiency in Revit and NBS Chorus is required, with experience across all RIBA Plan of Work stages and both traditional and design & build procurement routes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ post qualification experience including leading projects.
• Proficiency in Revit and NBS Chorus.
• Experience in delivering architectural projects under traditional and design & build procurement routes.

Senior Architectural Technologist - London

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist with 3+ years’ post qualification experience to join our team in the heart of London.

The successful candidate will oversee the entire construction project life cycle. You will manage personnel involved at different stages of the project and showcase strong technical abilities.

• 3+ years’ post qualification experience including leading projects.
• Demonstrable software skills, particularly proficiency in the use of Revit and NBS Chorus.
• Exceptional design skills with a thorough knowledge of technical and construction information.
• Experience in delivering architectural projects under traditional and design & build procurement routes.
• Client focus & commercial awareness with experience of establishing and consolidating relationships to identify and realise business opportunities.
• Collaborative team player with good motivation, influencing, people management and delegation skills.
• Experience of all RIBA Plan of Work stages from inception to traditional contract administration (desirable).
• Legal knowledge relating to contracts, regulations, codes etc.
