Job summary

Lawray Architects in Wrexham is seeking an Architectural Technologist with 5+ years’ post-qualification experience to join our team. You will manage technical delivery from development through to construction and coordinate with clients, contractors and consultants.

The role requires strong Revit skills, knowledge of construction detailing, and familiarity with RIBA Plan of Work stages. A supportive environment with career development and learning is offered.

• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop one junior staff member
• Strong communication, organisation and client-facing skills
• Proficient in Revit and experience with NBS Chorus or other specification tools
• Familiarity with construction methods, detailing and regulations
• Experience delivering projects under traditional and design & build procurement routes

We are seeking a capable Architectural Technologist with 5+ years’ post-qualification experience to join our Wrexham team.

The successful candidate will manage diverse projects, overseeing all technical aspects from design development through to construction. You will be responsible for coordinating with clients, contractors, and consultants. This role requires strong technical skills, problem- solving, and the ability to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.

• 5+ years’ post-qualification experience, with experience running projects independently.
