Qualifications

• Architectural Technician/Technologist with CAD and technical detailing experience.
• Experience with building regulations and producing technical drawings.
• Full UK driving licence and DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Produce technical drawings, specifications and building regulation packs.
• Respond to site queries and carry out site reviews and technical reviews.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high standards.
• Deliver technical delivery across RIBA stages with focus on 4-5.
