Thrive Architects Limited is seeking a Senior Architectural Technician for their Romsey office. The role involves producing quality working technical drawings and managing projects for residential developments.

Ideal candidates will possess at least 5 years of UK experience, strong technical knowledge, and proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT. The position offers a hybrid work model with numerous benefits, including a company pension scheme and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working on residential/mixed-use projects.
• Experience in AutoCAD and REVT.
• Understanding of building regulations is essential.

Responsabilités

• Interpret client briefs and produce working drawings.
• Oversee project delegation and quality control.
• Liaise with clients and external parties.

Connaissances

Minimum of 5 years’ experience (UK based)

Sound technical knowledge and understanding of building regulations

Experience in AutoCAD & REVIT

Sound knowledge of M4 (CAT 2 & 3) of the NDSS

Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Full UK Driver Licence
