Overview

Our client, an Architectural practice with a reputation for delivering successful projects within the Residential sector, is currently seeking a Senior Architectural Technician to be based in their Leicester office. The Senior Architectural Technician will be responsible for drawing detailed technical designs on a variety of projects within the Residential sector. The successful candidate will work closely with leading House Builders, delivering high quality designs and presenting ideas to the team. Schemes vary in size from 50 units up to large-scale developments of 4000. The practice works across all RIBA Stages, with an emphasis on Stage 4 drawings.

The practice prides itself on an enjoyable working environment with an excellent work ethic; the individual should be passionate and determined to develop within this progressive and successful business. Software requirements include AutoCAD, which the practice uses day-to-day.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with leading house builders
• Joining a friendly and passionate architectural team
• Opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects including within the Residential sector, with large scale residential developments
• Work across all RIBA stages where required, with a focus on Stage 4
• Producing technical designs and presenting these
• Using AutoCAD on a daily basis

Qualifications

• Knowledge of M4(2) and M4(3) regulations advantageous
