Job summary

Scale Careers is seeking an experienced Senior Architect / Technical Architect for an initial 3-month contract with a London practice. You will work on hospitality and residential schemes at RIBA Stage 4, delivering detailed Revit packages and coordinating with consultants to drive technical design through Gateway 2 processes.

The role requires strong Revit capability, Stage 4 delivery experience, and a solid understanding of UK Building Regulations.

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering technical design at RIBA Stage 4 on hospitality and residential schemes.
Strong Revit skills and ability to produce detailed technical drawing packages.
Experience coordinating between architects, structural, MEP and consultants.
Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and gateways (Gateway 2) experience desirable.
ARB qualification is advantageous but not essential depending on experience.

Responsibilities

Work across hospitality and residential projects at RIBA Stage 4.
Produce and develop detailed technical drawing packages in Revit.
Coordinate architectural information with structural, MEP and specialist consultants.
Resolve technical and design issues as projects progress.
Review consultant information and ensure coordination across packages.
Support the delivery of the residential project through the Gateway 2 process.
Work closely with project architects, consultants and contractors.
Ensure technical information meets project, programme and regulatory requirements.
Take ownership of packages and work effectively within an established project team.
